About: Experience a book club that is beyond just chatting about our favorite parts or characters! In this mindfulness/satsang book club we will take a deep dive into one book over the course of 4 months. We will gather once monthly, as a community with a shared vision of growing spiritually, mentally and emotionally.
Our yoga teacher and Licensed Masters Social Worker, Casey, will guide the group with practical applications using the tools/inspiration from our book and yoga studies. The group will have a community page for continued discourse and suggested “homework” to prepare for our monthly gathering and discussion. We look forward to sharing insights, stories, revelations and growing together!

Yoga for Recovery with Joann LaGreca
We are all recovering from something, whether it be an addiction to drugs/alcohol, eating disorders, relationship/intimacy issues, workaholism, perfectionism, etc. This monthly offering is for anyone is any stage of recovery, family members of those in recovery, and anyone seeking to elevate their energy, make meaningful connections with our community, and learn more about what recovery work and healing look like.
