*Check-in process for In Studio Classes -
Doors open15 minutes prior to class start time, Class sign up/enrollment closes at start of scheduled class time.
Things to know as you join us indoors in person:
Please practice Mindful Spacing.
All students & teachers are required to bring their own yoga mat and props as necessary (contact info@bnfyoga.com if you need assistance obtaining the standard recommended props i.e.. block/blanket/bolster).
*All Classes Require Pre-Registration – Upon registration you will receive an email confirmation (***make sure you opt-in to stay up to date and receive reminder notifications) which will include a link to the Live Stream class. *Note – if we are unable to practice in person and indoors due to weather our classes will be held via our Online Yoga platform.
Yoga Etiquette
Please stay home if not feeling well and perhaps join us for the livestream From the comfort of your home.
Check-in begins 15 minutes before the start of class. Please enter our space quietly and mindfully.
Please remove your shoes and place them in the shoe cubbies and hang jackets when entering.
Turn all cell phones to OFF (not vibrate) before class begins.
Our Yoga mats are considered our personal space, please avoid stepping on anyone else's mat.
No eating or chewing gum in class.
Please observe basic hygiene when attending class.
Refrain from wearing perfumes and oils, as many people are senstive to smell and/or allergic.
Let your yoga teacher know of any injuries or conditions that may affect your practice.
