Gentle Flow: This is a gentle style vinyasa flow open level yoga class. Great class for beginner practitioners and those who are looking to slow down the pace.

Yogalates: This vinyasa flow class is a perfect blend of all of our favorite aspects of Yoga and Pilates. By combining these two unique methodologies, we will improve body & mind. The benefits include a strong core, improved posture, flexibility and toned muscles. Focus will be placed on using the center of the body-the powerhouse-to create controlled movements, spinal flexibility, focus & breath. All levels welcome.

Strong Vinyasa Flow: Strong Vinyasa Flow is a challenging yoga practice that will open and strengthen your body, increase your stamina, and calm your mind. Casey will focus on performing the poses with good form, control and stability. This is a powerful flowing practice, so be prepared to get sweaty! This class is designed for experienced yoga practitioners and for anyone interested in taking their current practice to the next level.
